Social Media Operations Intern · Content & Growth
What you will own
- Run official social channels through topic planning, copywriting, scheduling, engagement, and review.
- Track trends and competitors, synthesize user feedback, and propose actionable content ideas.
- Handle bilingual research, translation, proofreading, and English copy while keeping the brand voice consistent.
- Work with marketing, product, and design; use performance data to improve content.
What we look for
- All majors are welcome; design, communications, psychology, sociology, and related backgrounds are preferred.
- Strong English skills for natural, accurate research, translation, and writing.
- Familiarity with WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Bilibili, Weibo, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms.
- Sound content judgment, user insight, and copywriting, with an interest in social trends and user psychology.
- Reliable execution and communication: commit to a stable internship, deliver on time, raise issues early, and learn quickly.
Good to have
- A personal account with measurable growth in reach, engagement, or followers.
- Experience with international platforms, English content, or cross-cultural communication.
- Familiarity with Excel or Feishu Sheets, platform analytics, Jianying or CapCut, and Canva.
- User-research strengths or a portfolio with high-performing content and supporting data.

Design Intern · Visual & Brand Design
What you will own
- Create social visuals: graphics, posters, covers, infographics, campaign assets, and simple video packaging.
- Extend brand assets and keep visuals consistent across platforms.
- Turn operating needs into publish-ready work through fast drafts and iteration.
- Maintain templates and asset libraries; contribute visual ideas.
What we look for
- Design, visual communication, digital media art, advertising, or fine arts backgrounds are preferred; other majors are welcome.
- Proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator; After Effects and Jianying or CapCut are a plus.
- Strong taste, layout, color, and information-hierarchy skills.
- Design for clarity, effectiveness, and platform fit, not appearance alone.
- Reliable execution and communication: commit to a stable internship, clarify briefs, accept feedback, and deliver on time.
Good to have
- A portfolio covering social visuals, posters, brand assets, video packaging, or UI and operations design.
- An understanding of platform-specific dimensions, covers, typography, and information density.
- Experience with motion graphics, stickers, or AI-assisted image workflows.
- Sensitivity to copy and content planning.
